Review

At first, I did not have intentions of watching this drama, however, I was pulled in and I did not regret it.

I believe this series addressed so many issues from varying perspectives in a way that really opens the audience's eyes and minds. The structure of the show itself was very engaging as each episode concluded one juvenile case and introduced the next, which kept me at the edge of my seat. Thus, I had no choice but to binge-watch it.

Each character has this intriguing depth and rationality; I loved Judge Sim's character as she was strong and moral in her own ways. Furthermore, it was refreshing to see judicial officers have this strong sense of justice and, most importantly, the power to conclude cases in a fair manner. So many times we see those who have a strong sense of justice get trampled on by politics and corruption. Although it was hinted at, there was always a way around it, which I deeply appreciated. What I appreciated the most, was the perfect ending of this series, solidifying Judge Sim's motto which I did not believe at first but adored and respected in the end.
